Fulfillment Policy
At Epic Transcription, we are committed to providing timely, accurate, and reliable transcription services. This Fulfillment Policy outlines our service delivery, refund, and cancellation procedures to ensure transparency and customer satisfaction.
- Service Delivery
- Turnaround Time: Transcription reports are typically delivered within 24 to 48 hours after receiving the dictation. Expedited services may be available upon request.
- Delivery Method: Completed transcriptions will be uploaded to the client’s designated platform or delivered via secure email, as agreed upon at the time of onboarding.
- Accuracy Guarantee: We strive to provide high-quality transcriptions with a minimum accuracy rate of 98%. If discrepancies arise, clients may request corrections within 7 days of delivery.
- Billing Cycle
- Clients are billed monthly based on the completed transcription volume.
- Invoices are sent electronically to the registered email address.
- Payment Terms
- Payments are due within 15 days of the invoice date.
- Late payments may result in a 5% late fee and could lead to service suspension until payments are cleared.
- Payment Methods
- Payments can be made via the following methods:
- PayPal
- Credit Card/Debit Card
- ACH Transfer
- Wire Transfer
- Refund Policy
- Non-Refundable Services: As transcription services are customized and labor-intensive, refunds are not typically provided once work has commenced.
- Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
- If transcription services have not been started at the time of cancellation.
- If errors in service delivery were caused solely by Epic Transcription.
- Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and credited to the original payment method.
- Cancellation Policy
- How to Cancel: Clients may cancel transcription requests by providing written notice via email to info@epictranscription.com.
- Cancellation Timeline: Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the service is scheduled to begin.
- Late Cancellations: If a cancellation request is made after work has commenced, the client may be charged for the portion of work completed.
- Revisions and Corrections
- Clients are entitled to one round of free revisions within 7 days of receiving the transcription.
- Requests for revisions must be specific and clearly outlined.
- Additional revisions beyond the initial round may incur additional charges.
- Force Majeure
Epic Transcription shall not be held liable for delays or non-fulfillment caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical issues, or regulatory changes.
